When 3 or more customers in a neighborhood sign up for a regular quarterly service program, all customers receive a 20% discount off of their initial service AND ALL regular follow-up services.

Depending on the pest in question and the size of the home - this could save you up $100.00 or more the first year.

To receive the discount all customers must remain on the quarterly service program for at least one year and accept service on the same service date.

Discounts continue as long as at least three homes in the neighborhood remain on service. Covered pests will be noted on the service agreement.

Unfortunately we cannot offer these type of discounts for one shot services or non-program participants in these neighborhoods.
